In Aludoors Systems International, the satisfaction of our customers is a priority.
We accept the Returns only in case of defective or damaged product on delivery.


1. Conditions of eligibility for return

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must have a manufacturing defect Or have arrived damaged.

  • The Customer must report the problem within a 48 hours after receipt of the order.

  • The product must be returned in its original packing, accompanied by all its accessories, manuals and proof of purchase (invoice or received).


2. Products not affected by returns

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of notice or order error.

  • Dimensions, specifications or erroneous information provided by the customer.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, inappropriate use or lack of maintenance.


3. Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service in the 48 hours after reception of your product:

  2. Provide the order number, the shortcomings of the fault observed and a description of the problem.

  3. Wait for validation and return instructions from our team.


4. Refund or replacement

  • After inspection and validation of the defect, the product will be replaced or, if the replacement is impossible, refunded.

  • Refunds will be made via the initial method of paymentwithin a period of 7 to 14 business days.

  • No refund will be granted if the product is considered compliant.


5. Warranty

Some products benefit from a manufacturer's warranty covering technical defects. The specific warranty conditions will be specified when purchasing.
