We deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

No international delivery is available.

Deliveries are available in all 7 emirates:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

2. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and prepared for shipment.

Average processing time:
Up to 7 days

Processing time may vary depending on product type, order volume or verification requirements.
If additional information is needed, you will be notified.

3. Delivery Time

Processing times of 1 to 2 days

Delivery Time: 15 to 21 days

This delivery time includes:

  • Preparation

  • Packaging

  • Dispatch

  • Transport

  • Final delivery to your UAE address

We are open and available every day from Monday to Sunday:

4. Delivery Cost

Delivery within the UAE is:

No shipping fees are applied to customer orders.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Tracking number or tracking link (when available)

6. Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, please inspect the package before accepting it.

If visible damage is detected, you may:

  • Accept with written reservations

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue
