Return Policy

At ALUDOORS SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL – FZCO, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you need to return your order, please review our official Return Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be newunuseduninstalled, and undamaged.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, parts, manuals, and documentation included.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Important: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as they meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered by the customer


3. Free Return Shipping (UAE Only)

We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING for all eligible return requests within the UAE.

  • The customer will receive a prepaid return label or pickup instructions.

  • No return shipping costs will be charged.

  • The provided return method must be used for the free return to apply.

  • Aludoors Systems International – FZCO is not responsible for returns sent outside the provided method.

International returns are not supported at this time.


4. Return Process

Step 1 — Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Ask for your RMA number and your prepaid return label.


Step 2 — Prepare Your Package

  • Repack the product securely in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, documents, and the original invoice.

  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.


Step 3 — Ship the Return

  • Use the prepaid return label or follow the pickup instructions.

  • No payments or shipping fees are required from the customer.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email whether your return is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

  • not matching your order

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Beyond this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.


8. Policy Updates

Aludoors Systems International – FZCO reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time.
Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
