Return & Exchange Policy

Aludoors Systems International – FZCO

We want to offer our customers a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience.
Therefore, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products under the conditions described below.


1. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date the product was delivered.

After this period, we may no longer accept returns, unless required by applicable law.


2. Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, clean, and in new condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, screws, manuals, and remote controls

  • Not installed, modified, or damaged due to misuse or improper installation

If the product has been installed or altered, the return may be refused.


3. Accepted Return Reasons

We accept returns in the following situations:

A. Defective or damaged product upon delivery

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damage visible on arrival

  • Hidden defects discovered within 7 days

B. Non-defective product (change of mind)

You may also return a non-defective product for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect dimensions for your project

  • Color or configuration not matching your expectations

  • Any reasonable change-of-mind request, as long as the product is unused


4. Return Shipping Costs

For all approved returns (defective or non-defective):

Return shipping is fully covered by Aludoors Systems International FZCO.

We will provide:

  • prepaid return label, or

  • A pickup scheduled through our carrier

No restocking fees are charged.


5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  2. In case of damage or defect, please attach clear photos showing:

    • The issue on the product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

  3. Once approved, we will send you:

    • A written confirmation of the accepted return

    • A prepaid shipping label or pickup instructions

  4. Carefully repackage the product using the original packaging and hand it over to the carrier.


6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Reasons for Return Refusal

We may refuse a return if:

  • The return request is made after the 7-day period

  • The product has been usedinstalledmodified, or damaged due to incorrect installation

  • The product is returned incomplete or without its original packaging or accessories

In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
